Interactive Online Bible Studies
Would You Like to Study?
If you would like to participate in a Bible study via this blog or by email, or wish to submit a sample of your own work for me to review before posting it on this blog, you may contact me at the link provided below. Be sure to include in the subject header the verse or topic that you wish to discuss so it can be easily seen and examined. This way there will always be fresh content and research to mull over and enjoy while hopefully stimulating as many people as possible to get excited about their own Bible studies as well.
Get involved! By your efforts others may learn and come to appreciate the sheer amounts of mental energy and hard work that go into serious studies of the Bible — which is the living Word of God.
This is by no means a place for pride, self ambition or competition: endeavoring to craft cleverly designed theological discourses as a means of just trying to look smart! Let us always press toward the mark of the high calling in Jesus Christ; proving our devotion to Him by remaining honest and humble in our work and in our own eyes, as personal and group Bible studies should always be approached as a mere "labor of love as unto Christ."
These posts will only succeed by following the principals found in the verses below:
"Let nothing be done through strife or vain glory; but in lowliness of mind let each esteem others as better than themselves." (Philippians 2:3)
"And being found in fashion as a man, he humbled himself, and became obedient unto death, even the death of the cross." (Philippians 2:8)
"Some indeed preach Christ even of envy and strife; and some also of good will: 16 The one preach Christ of contention, not sincerely, supposing to add affliction to my bonds:" (Philippians 1:15–16)
Let us always do our best to bring glory and honor to Jesus Christ: the King forever and ever.
Important! Whenever possible, always be sure to include proper recognition of other people's hard work when either relying heavily or quoting directly from Biblical resources such as Biblical commentaries, dictionaries, lexicons, etc. or when using content from other folks' private websites. This wil
l help to ensure that everyone writing will be writing at their very best, scholastically as well as (and more importantly) spiritually.
The Lord bless you and keep you as always. Now let's have fun and study!
