Yet… Are all Muslims terrorists? Of course not… That is why we must be continue to be diligent in pursuing these precious people with the message of God's love apart from religious works or self righteous actions (i.e. praying five times a day, etc). If anything, I hope this next video will inspire you to pray more for our neighbors while doing good to those that we know God has called us to be a blessing to. One great way to identify with these people is to begin to place yourself in their shoes (many of which have migrated from a different part of the world (how would you feel?) and perhaps scared because of those who in the name of their faith have perpetrated such horrible atrocities upon their fellow man. Yes, I am aware that there are whole sects of their belief that use the Q'uran to justify and promote cruel acts of violence, etc. yet we cannot allow satan's schemes to affect our love for those who are have not experienced the love of Christ. Remember, Jesus warned that many people's love would grow cold in the last days because of terrible acts of murder and lawlessness. What greater example do we have of this scripture coming to pass than for us as Christians to ignore and neglect those whom Christ has died who are under the terrible bondage and weight of Islam. Many even in our churches have prejudice against these people, yet this is how they were raised. Do we turn the other cheek and ignore our Muslim brothers and sisters? No way! We must strive to win them over with God's love.
Here is a beautiful example of how we are supposed to behave. Mind you, this is Islam; yet whom do you think really shows more love and devotion to God (at least in their own minds) –the Christian or his Muslim host family? This sadly, is a perfect example of why the world wants nothing to do with our Christ –it is because of those who mistakenly take his name on their lips without truly worshiping him in their hearts. (Thou shalt not take the name of the Lord thy God in vain… [vain= lightly, without proper reverence]). In Psalms 50 it states "What have you to do, taking my covenant upon my lips… seeing you despise correction and hate authority?
God bless you my brothers and sisters.
